I’d maintain on RR for sure, to keep up momentum for a few more weeks to build a loyal reader base (like I have become cause the story is kinda like crack). Right now the tonal shift of the last few chapters has felt abrupt and scary to people because there’s so few chapters to be had. But I feel this story is gonna be best at shifting back and forth with longer sections on the light hearted comedy and shorter sections where the plot progresses being darker because that’s the world our MC has been thrust into. Both are necessary and, I believe, will be applauded at the end of a volume if the balance is right.
