Do you really need THAT much money to record an album??

I'm currently raising money on my Twitch channel to record an album and I constantly have people coming into chat asking "do you really need that much money to record an album?". It's exceptionally irritating having to explain it over and over again [especially as there's an undertone in that remark that I don't deserve to raise that amount of money or record an album at that price point, even if it's unintentional].
Now, I can just link those people to this video! And... Hopefully it can help out some other musicians in the same situation too!
