base rules...again!
Added 2023-02-06 15:47:24 +0000 UTCsince some people keep changing things they aren't supposed to on my bases, I had to make a diagram on what's okay and what's not :'{ i hate reminding ppl but it opens up that whole can of worms where ppl can steal adopts that aren't properly watermarked!
some of my older bases don't have watermarks so they are excluded from this, but it's always nice if you want to add my new watermark to them! 💗

It's not that hard to follow. And even says on the watermark do not move on the layer.
