Short update on the release date and the GPU situation

Hi everyone,

just a brief update on the current situation I find myself in. I can't yet tell if I will be able to release the game for "Shitballs" and "Shitballs Deluxe" tiers this upcoming Friday, which would be the originally scheduled release date. I am trying my best, but it's much harder to determine this time around due to some stuff I have to deal with besides the development, which you can read about down below. There might very well be a brief delay of a couple of days depending on how things are going in the next few days. I will give another short notice closer to Friday.

And now to some devestating news regarding the ridiculous GPU situation. I hope you're up for some real legal drama, besides cute and kinky stories. The retailer who is refusing to settle the situation peacefully has reported me today to the authorities for committing fraud. Not kidding! I'm still dumbfounded and flabbergasted by this development, I certainly didn't have that one on my bingo card for 2025. I won't get into the nitty gritty here, that would take way too long besides it being an active legal case from now on. This is by far the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced after purchasing an item. All I wanted was to buy a new GPU. Now I have to go to court and fight for my rights, which obviously will take up a good amount of my time as well as finances.

My lawyer and I are 99.9% sure that we will win this case due to my proper documentation on the matter and the lack of evidence against me, because there is none. But the gears of justice work slowly unfortunately. This will surely keep my mind occupied for a few months, which sucks big time. There are a few promising legal actions I can take. For the next few days I will have to discuss with my lawyer how to move forward from here on out.

Not even sure if anyone is actually interested in this, but it helps a little to write it down, sharing it with you eases my mind to an extent for some weird reason.

I'm confident that this will have very minor effects on the actual development of SitC. The plan for finishing the version for the Steam release until July at the latest remains. I will keep you updated on further developments on this matter. Now I'm back at waiting for the new 50xx GPU series to finally become available again. And this time I will buy it directly from a manufacturer's approved shop.
