Adler Animates - The 2021 Fire Safety Reformat

SO, as you all know it has been a hot moment since I have made and posted an Adler Animates. There are a few reasons for that, which I will go into more depth about in a video coming out later this month! The Too Long Didn't Read version is that making 5 minutes of animated content by yourself is extremely difficult to do and still make other content alongside it.

As you all ALSO know, I really like variety on the channel. I love having different series going on, and take a lot of inspiration from other YouTubers like BrutalMoose. It's fun to make new and interesting things!

SO Adler Animates as we currently know it is going to change a little bit.

As you can ALSO ALSO probably tell, I have fallen in love with old media. VHS Tapes, LazerDiscs, Old Hi-8 Cameras and the like. I have also rediscovered my love for PBS and my content creation icons like Jim Henson and Fred Rogers. I wanna make content for EVERYONE of any Age and of any background! I feel like Furry is a FANTASTIC Vehicle for this, because literally everyone on the planet loves cartoon animals!

What I am wanting to do is help YOU make things. I love giving people a platform to tryout new things and get creative, and I REALLY realized that through projects like Flappy New Year and Help Me Smile Today. I love seeing what you all come up with, and honestly working with you!

SO, Here is the plan.

Adler Animates is going to turn into a sort of "Between the Lions" type show. Blazen and I will make an "A" Line Story, where we work on a problem, and then in between those parts of the story will be clips and pieces interjected by YOU! Everyone can submit something and Blazen and I will pick clips to go in the Episode, and a Master File with ALL the clips will be posted HERE on Patreon!

Go Watch this episode of Between the Lions to get a sort of idea of what I mean 

There will still be PLENTY of Animation, and there will still be PLENTY of whatever else, but this way we can all work together to make a sort of Furry Anthology type show, which I think sounds like a TOTAL BLAST!

SO, To get things started, the first Episode of this New Format will have a theme, a very HOT theme!

"Fire Safety"

Blazen and I found an OLD VHS tape he got in elementary school about Fire Safety and it is AMAZING, so we are going to use that as the basis for this Adler Animates!

Blazen is worried that when he snores at night, he may accidentally catch the house on fire. Adler helps Blazen learn about how to stay safe around fire!

What We Need From You!

The Following is a list of requirements to be considered for this Episode, if they are not met your submission will not be considered for the final video on YouTube but WILL be in the Master Cut on Pateron! We will not be reaching out to ask you to re-shoot, re-animate or re-record audio!

• 10 to 60 seconds of either Animation, Video, Stop Motion, Puppetry, Underwater Basket Weaving or whatever medium you would like to choose
• Your Video MUST BE at least 1280*720, however 1920*1080 or 4K Resolution is preferred.
• please use MP4, MOV, MKV as your file type! (If you do not know what these are that's fine, just send a video and I can work with it.)
• Your Video MUST BE shot in Landscape, Anything shot vertically like a snapchat will be omitted from ALL CUTS of the episode
• Your Video must have AUDIBLE AUDIO, if you intend to include Audio. Sor (Our Sound Dog) will be the final say on whether or not the Audio is quality.
• Your Video must be in the theme provided above, however you would like to interpret that!
• Your Video must NOT HAVE any self promotion or requests to follow. Link will be provided in the Video Description with the title of your video segment.
• Your Video may not have swearing, gore, nudity, or an overuse of death themes.
• Your video may not have ANY NON ORIGINAL MUSIC in it. If you would like music you may DM me Here on Patreon and we can get you some premade Sor Tunes.

I know that is a LOT of No's but here is a LOT of Yes's!

• You may film it on a phone so long as it meets the aspect ratio requirements!
• You may animate or experiment with animating!
• You may make music on your own!
• You May Submit Multiple Videos!
• You can get WEIRD (Ex Tummy Lady from Between the Lions)
• You can make something SHORT!
• You can Make Something up to 60 Seconds!
• You can experiment and try new types of videos!

We are looking to make this REALLY DIVERSE! You don't need to be in a Fursuit, or have a Fursona even. Make something unique and fun! As Ms. Frizzle from the Magic School bus Says

"Make Mistakes! Get MESSY!"
