We see more of Hissan'Na the goblin from Constellation Draco, this time rather than indulging in his cake hobbies he decides to partake in his skills of being a thief. Though he may be an expert, he's still a bit of a goof, and easily distracted by high levels of appraisal if there's any nearby.
