The situation is Belle is assisting in giving The Beast a bath. She gets wet and her beautiful breasts come on display. The beast can’t help his reaction, I’m sure. One thing comes to mind when look back on this one; after they sing the song, ”Something There” when chip asks Mrs. Pots:
“What’s there Mamma?”
”I’ll tell you when your older. Now off to bed, Chip”
I like to think as she is flashing him that it could be intentional or innocently oblivious. Same goes for noticing his enormous member. She may just be playing dumb to get a longer look at it or genuinely doesn’t see anything. It’s up to you to decide.
