Perry did get the most painful death yeah, but Verna did give him the mercy of a kiss of death so he didn't have to suffer much longer. Fredrick had to die with his dick out next to his own urine, so I don't know that might be worse imo. Perry died with a group of people who loved sex and drugs, because of the dumb decision of not testing the water and being in a condemned building. Fredrick died utterly alone, completely vulnerable and pathetic, slowly watching himself be severed in half because of his own cruelty.
