Surprised, sad, angry and a bit disappointed... Don't get me wrong I'm still excited about a bunch of the storylines at play but those of you who watched know what I'm talking about right? Just wanted to share my feelings as I'm freaking still sobbing, time to get some booze...

I think that the dialogue between Naomi and Amos about Alex, "There's worse things to be", was in reference to Cas

There has to be consequences in this life and he will never forget how he ruined for himself and everyone else. His choice, his consequences. I equated Alex with the actor and I could not have been more wrong. His actions impacted many people in a very negative way. They did the very best they could with a horrible situation not of their own making. Welcome to the messiness of real life. All I can say is I can see a path forward even with the later books. And as sad and angry as I was a year ago when I found out, I have been able to move on (not saying it wasn't easy!!) but the Expanse fandom has been a huge source of support and it has helped so much to have intelligent and interesting reactors like yourself to relive all the best moments!

2021-05-31 13:26:54 +0000 UTCSince it was announced that Cas Anvar would not be returning for S6 before S5 was released, you could probably tell them that (since we all knew). The only question in our minds was how would they (the producers) deal with it? Recast? Write him out?

I have friends nearly at the end of season 5 now, and I'm so tempted to warn them, I don't know if it's a proper spoiler because of the nature of it
