2021-04-17 02:03:34 +0000 UTCYou're so right about Chrisjen not wanting to be a leader. She says in season 2 she never ran for office cause she "likes getting shit done". This is even more emphasized in the books, when she becomes secretary-general she is so pissed about it cause she thinks she can't do her job well enough being out there in the public eye, she is at her best working in the shadows with her political schemes. Still, in this case, she really wants to win because she thinks the planet will be in danger if she is not in charge, and Earth is her priority. A lot of people don't like her decisions this season but I've always thought they were justified. Great reaction as always :)
