各月の3日時点で上記ルールでリクエストを確定
例
8/1 にSpecial5名がリクエスト
8/2にTOP-DRAWERが1名リクエスト
採用されるのはTOP-DRAWERが1名とSpecial2名(Specialはメッセージが早い順の2名)です。
リクエスト動画がSpecialで見れるのは変わりません。
