Kamen Rider Zeztz 1x03 "Case 3: Erode" - reaction & review
Added 2025-09-29 13:14:57 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to ep 3 of Kamen Rider Zeztz!!! Oh wow, I didn't think we'd get this much real-life interaction right away! From a lot of damage and carnage, to a real world henshin, to the world almost ending, we definitely upped the stakes on this one! I knew our detective wasn't really such a bad guy...I guess everyone has some bad in them that can be exploited in the dream world! Can't wait to see more! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

I can see the Ice Queendom vibes for sure! HAHAHA I wish I could just fall asleep like that :P I'm kinda wondering about Zero too. The nightmares seem to feed off negativity for sure. I'll be curious to see what they do with the purple butterflies!! LOL I need Shisui for sure!

2025-10-02 02:07:39 +0000 UTCLooking through this particular episode the elements from RWBY: Ice Queendom are even more apparent - the Nightmare trying to possess the dreamer - heck even the wanted posters of the protagonist showed up again. Does anybody really fall asleep just like that? Asking for context… 😅. Also what IS Zero’s deal, we just kind of accepted everything he’s told us so far without any questions. You seem like a decent guy but we’ve been burned before… I believe the Nightmare (I keep going to RWBY references but they work too well) is kind of feeding on GRIMM thoughts. For example, you got cut off in traffic and the other driver despite being in the wrong cusses you out. You aren’t gonna have nice thoughts, but rather negativity. In this case Fujimi has negative thoughts because of what happened at the start of the episode. And the Nightmare appears to be feeding on it. As far as the Mind’s Doors, apparently you have to stop the nightmare before they’re all open or the dreamer can never wake up? Great, another IQ reference… but three strikes is all it takes. The purple butterflies we saw invading people seem to have been the same as the first Nightmare Zeztz killed. Also, it appears that Minami was targeted by the purple butterflies as well? That’s gonna come back later. (Hey what gives, I thought we usually built up a couple of episodes before all heck broke loose.) Also too bad Shisui isn’t around to catch those bugs for you XD - oops that’s the other series! 😅
