We're slowly getting things set back up with a few interesting tidbits here and there that I think could be explored later. Jinshi's adorable as always, too! And oh yeah, let's not forget all the stuff from last time that still goes resolved - Suirei, the attempt on Jinshi's life, etc.!!! Oh yeah, and KITTIES!!!! Can't wait to get into all of it! 2025-10-04 12:42:54 +0000 UTCIt seems no one has told you here, at least, that the frog you chose having a full moon logo, is even more perfect for the role it plays....I am late to those, so I don't know what you will do going forward from here, but I think the moon is wildly appropriate. Also, the MaoMao characters for the cat is closer to "fur fur" (毛毛), than "hair hair", at least in Japanese, where there is a different character for "hair" (髪). For comparison, MaoMao, the girl's name, is written (猫猫).

2025-09-25 02:47:03 +0000 UTCHooray for Maomao, and welcome for Maomao! Maomao and Maomao has arrive! So, here we are with the first mystery. Question: How did the cat get in? Fun Fact: Maomao the apothecary, her name spell with 2 same characters which mean "cat". So Maomao is basically "Cat Cat". That's might be why the emperor says Maomao is suit to take care of the Cat. Meanwhile, Maomao the cat, its name spell with the character for "Hair", so it's "Hair Hair" or something.

I love how Jinshi started realizing his love for cats / Maomao haha! The headpats were soooo sweet right! Maomao is really making some deep connections isn't she?! I'm proud of our girl!

2025-09-08 20:36:28 +0000 UTCThe good thing about watching it for what, the fourth or fifith time with your reaction, is that I can now spot some things that I haven't spoted before, like the fact that the new girl, who catch the cat and is in the OP, is among the three servants you see bowing in respect when Jinshi goes from the Jade Pavillon to the clinic in the firsts minutes of the episode, what a way to introduce her even before her real introduction ^^. Also, yeah frog 🐸. Believe me, when you will understand it, you might think about it long after you have the reason lol. Jinshi starting to understand the appeal of cat, because Maomao have really cat behavior is so funny and cute at the same time, I would say that he is smitten by her, but kitten by her might work too hehe. Oh and Maomao being all big sister with Xiaolan while headpating her and saying she is a good girl is just sooooooo cute. For someone that didn't wanted to be on the radar on season one and treated people almost as tool or rather was going too people based on their usefulness, she really take a liking to Xiaolan and it's a real friendship bond between the two now. Good for you Maomao the human.
