Happy New Year! 2019 summary and announcements.

Hey all! I wanted to thank all of you and let you know where I'm at now.

For me 2019 was a productive year, and a lot of that was due to the amazing support I've had from all of you. I can't thank you enough. Apart from all the commission work, my personal world The Loyal Ones now has several complete paintings, a tonne of sketches and roughly a quarter of a novel edited and uploaded on the site.

A lot of you now also have thrall characters, and I've got a huge kick out of watching them develop. A lot of you have also become really good friends, and the Discord server has become the first thing I check in the morning.

This year starts with a bit of a change for me: I accepted a full time microbiology job, which will run from now until July.

I can't say exactly how this will effect my art, but from past experience I can make a good guess:

Personal art including The Loyal Ones will stay basically the same. I mostly do personal art on the weekends and at night anyway so I can’t see much changing.
I’ll probably have more creative energy. In the past, I’ve done some of my best work while having a day job.
Commission openings will drop to maybe a couple of slots per month. These will be open to patrons first.
Patreon rewards like brushes, discount codes etc. will remain the same.
I’ll definitely continue to hang out in streams and in the discord, but I need to change some of the stream times (they were during work hours).

If any of this changes how you feel about contributing, I'll totally understand if you change your pledge. No hard feelings, and thanks for your support until now!

I wish all of you a very happy New Year and I’m psyched to start more art.
