Who should win custody of Lara?

Go for it! You can choose to do the Lara story as a longer form, an epilogue wouldn't do her justice. Do the epilogues for the main three, but have the Lara story as a side project for when you move on to other projects, one that you can control the structure of. There are plenty of ways to put her back in the Institution - what if someone moved her father's will to stop it being accessed (maybe her lawyer did that before he was set-up)? She is punished for telling lies about where it is, and the anger gives her something to hold on to, to start breaking the programming. Robin or Karen could ask them to train her properly in pleasing a women as she only seems you have been played with by the other girls, and maybe falling in love with one of the girls gives her the strength to escape. There are things in the story so far that seem like they could be returned to and built upon (the butt plug, Lara's virginity, the significance of Rabynya, the injustice of the other girls) I'll be honest, I'm a fan of happy ever after endings for good characters, even in dark stories, but I don't want to tell you what the story should be - stories are always better when they're from one creator. If you think you would enjoy writing a HEA for Lara, I'd love to read it

I'm loving those votes for Lara! If I had to say, her epilogue would be: Nurse Cerys helps her escape. Through sheer determination and wit, Lara escapes into the surrounding forest, overcoming her handicaps and defeating everyone who comes after her. She later learns to reverse-engineer her drawbacks and turn them into near superpowers. Then she hunts for revenge against those who wronged her, as an oversexed mercenary. She would also probably burn the Institution down.

My guess is that a Lara win would be her getting her freedom and independence back - I'd love to see it happen by the end of the story, though it already feels like she is too broken for that to happen. It's a shame, as a series centred on her trying to rescue other girls who have been broken by the 'black hole', risking being captured and broken herself could have been pretty hot

Timeshare with all 3! Although I'm curious what Lara winning would look like too. Are you going to expand more into fanfiction after this story? There's definitely lots of women-centric games to jump into (Life is Strange, Witcher?). You should look into posting over at Hentai Foundry too, they have a writing section for both fanfic and original fiction.

Per the last chapter, Lara feels that being a Maid is too low for her - so obviously Mrs. Liao should get her.

Robin would make for the most interesting dynamic - Liao and Errol would both be more of a simple dominance and abuse, but Robin would be complex. Since Lara has been conditioned to find her attractive (and given a surname that is supsiciously close to Robin), she could really play with Lara's emotions - treating her like a lover one minute, only to keep her begging for an orgasm for ages, and sending her to Liao and Errol as punishment (or pretending that she had to). Robin could take Lara's virginity for example causing Lara all kinds of conflicting emotions which wouldn't be the case with Errol or Liao
