Discord Roles for Patreons
Added 2018-11-05 19:12:12 +0000 UTCSo we forgot to mention this: Every Patreon gets access to a Patreon role color on the official WeakAuras Discord.
If you link your Patreon account to your Discord account on the account settings page, a bot on the Discord server should give your role automatically. We did configure it so that a class color overrides the patreon color. Thus you might need to disable your class color to use the Patreon color.
For now, we didn't create a Patreon only channel, since we figured it would overlap too much with our existing #alpha-feedback channel.
Everyone can join the #alpha-feedback channel, via the !alpha command on the Discord. In that channel we discuss everything regarding WeakAuras development. We believe that our team discussions should be in a public forum. That way, anyone can join into our discussions.
Obviously we would love to see you all in that channel and are open to other suggestions regarding goals and tiers!
