January 2025 Update!

Almost 30 chapters released last month! That was pretty good especially considering just how ridiculously busy I was. Between getting sick, helping family, driving back and forth from the city and generally just having a lot to do, I've been moving non stop since December first. With that out of the way it feels good to just relax and get back to writing.

Gonna amp up my daily schedule a bit more, and aim to complete 2 chapters every weekday. Occasionally those chapters will be towards personal projects but at least 1 will be work related. Moving to this goal oriented style helped in December, and I anticipate that it will be a great help going forward.

Onto some good news.

1. I've been able to leverage some xmass money into getting rent and food taken care of, no commissions needed. So commissions will be closed this month as I continue to work through the backlog.

2. Born In Light will continue to be updated and will hopefully continue to be updated once or twice a month until it is done.

3. I'm announcing that I'm working on a book. I've been having really bad writers block when it comes to my novel so I've shifted focus and will be aiming to complete a collection of short stories for my first book. I'm hoping that this lower stakes style of writing will help me get past my writer's block. I'm also already 50 pages into it and I'm aiming to have it out by summer. Depending on how that goes I may do more short stories, or focus again on the novel, we'll see. I have three more short story collections planned out but we'll see if I go that way after all.

4. My priorities will be strictly related to already owed words and getting stories I've already started out the door.

And that's about it. Gonna stay focused on preexisting stories, and work through them. No commissions so no obstacles, and yeah! Here's to another great year!

P.S I did more direct to fimfiction posting (Not posting it here first) is that okay with ya'll? Or would you prefer it be exclusive to you guys for longer before making its way over there.
