I have been suffering from bad anxiety over the past few months after getting into a car accident, losing my grandma and my family member going through a crisis and it all happened in the course of 3 months. Hearing all of this in my ears gave me reassurance and calmed my anxious mind. I especially loved the part where you guided me through stretching a breathing; that was an entire reset.
