Yes it was such a well done episode! And thanks for explaining Rudeus move when he inhaled a bunch of air, I was wondering about that 😄 Orsted is terrifying!

2024-02-14 13:36:23 +0000 UTCThe first attack Orsted did was to crush his lungs, since that stops most mages from being any threat. Rudy can't use healing magic without incantations since he doesn't understand how it works. Rudy used wind magic to breathe in some air to remain conscious. Also I believe the fight between Ruijerd and Orsted was done with Ruijerd animated at 12 fps, while Orsted was animated at 24 fps. We've seen the powerhouse Ruijerd is, and then to see him lose so overwhelmingly helps really strike fear into everyone. I love that they have the bit at the beginning of the episode, so going into the actual encounter with Orsted, we the viewers are also "affected" by his curse, fearing him on sight.
