In watching this, I thought that the coach might have been played by the same actor that played Lou, the plumber who left the toilet in the living room for Dorothy and Rose to move. It's not the same actor, but I did find out that the actor who played Lou, the plumber also played Mr. Ha Ha, the clown from Mr. Ha Ha's Hotdog Hacienda - where Rose takes Dorothy for her birthday.
