The films on Netflix: The End of Evangelion (1997) is a remake of the last two episodes of the series and the conclusion of the story. I would recommend watching it after you finish the original 26 episodes. Evangelion: Death (True)2 (1998) is a recap of the series. There are also 4 Rebuild films which tells a kind of alternative version of NGE.
