Changing request info on reward tiers
Added 2015-08-06 09:49:23 +0000 UTCI'm going to do only one request per month for 5$ tiers and 15$ tiers will get one per week. They're all still picked based on interest of request so keep it unique!
(still changing some things but I'll let everyone know if when I make them)
