Curtis isn’t diving directly into another mission pack. Absolutely not. He’s got other shit to do in the meantime. So, where are we montaging around to?

Use the Royal Pardon to eliminate Emrys’s criminal record in relation to ship theft. He will be in the clear with not only Harrigan, but also the Master of Gales.

Get in contact with the Master of Gales and return the Man’s Promise to him. Emrys could spin story of vengeance and innocence with Salyar to back him up, and he may even be rewarded. Of course, then a new (probably smaller) ship would be needed.

Invest heavily into making magic items for resale and outfitting the party. This will take up a lot of Curtis/Emrys’s time, but is potentially very profitable.

See if Curtis can learn Binding magic. There are several spirits that would potentially give Curtis an edge; that said, he will always need to mostly rely on Emrys.

Go to Rumbutter, where Rosie’s family lives. She is willing to help as much as she can with one arm, but she’s definitely working in a diminished capacity. Rosie is from a large and respected family, and bringing her back would earn Emrys the coveted title of “good people.” In a tight knit culture like the halflings, that’s potentially worth more than gold.

Go to Quent, where Cog’s home temple can be found. See if we can get some kind of sponsorship there, now that we are going solo. Flying the flag of the goddess of vengeance is reasonably likely to dissuade unprovoked attacks.

Head back to Goatshead. Rowe’s family would likely be willing to pay well for intel on the newly free-to-exploit Bonewrack Isle, and Jerry may be able to help Sosima duck out of her Vishgurv contract with a quick death and resuscitation, or give Rosie an arm transplant.

Go to Port Peril and reunite Owlbear with his mom, and possibly Conchobar with his dad. It’s the capital of the Shackles, and a pretty good place to do any kind of commerce. Trading ships or magic items, or looking for work. Also a decent place to find a sponsor, or hire on more crew, or send people home on various merchant ships instead of bringing everyone home personally.

Emrys will get a bonus feat if he returns to his hometown. This may be risky, but it’s something he will need to do eventually.

Curtis won’t be putting himself directly into the perfectly manicured hands of Emrys’s family just yet, but sending them some kind of letter and a cover story might help smooth things over. It could backfire, but unless Emrys hides his species from the public they will find out soon.

Hire 16 women to sleep with in a giant marathon orgy before we have sex with anyone else (other than Sosima, Sandara, and Syl), likely by going to a Callistrian temple and spending a shit ton of money. This will earn another Perk Hat Trick, and get Emrys another jumbo perk.
