Only binding evil creatures that lack some kind of support network. So no devils, who will most likely have some kind of direct superior that will ask about their sudden disappearance.
Binding exclusively evil creatures and then actively trying to get them killed (or killing them himself before the binding is over), making sure they won’t be a problem in the future. Arguably you’re doing the universe a favor, since they actually die.
Only binding good creatures, then being as nice as possible and negotiating in good faith. You are literally kidnapping them, so it’s gonna be a hard sell, but if you are polite and let them go they might be civil.
Binding animalistic or simplistic creatures. Simplistic elementals and such, who don’t really have individual personalities. They will work best for basic labor and combat.
Only binding creatures who are naturally inclined to do the thing you are asking for anyway. Requires a lot more knowledge of outsiders to really pull off and is much more involved than specializing in one type.
Only binding creatures that have shitty lives on their home planes, for example recently dead evil people. Most of these are going to be evil, but you are offering them a literal ticket out of hell.
Trying to establish long standing business relationships with individual outsiders, consistently summoning the same few people.
Explore retraining. Just yeet the feat and try to replace it with something else. We would need a trainer with the feat we want.

Alas Emrys doesn’t have enough precision to pull good people in bad situations unless he already knows who they are by individual name. Pharasma is actually pretty competent; most souls that are damned (or similar) but not evil are there because they are some kind of special case, like making a deal with a devil. Devils try, but most new arrivals in hell are actually just Lawful Evil shit stains. Those tend to have wards and leashes keeping them in place. Of course, one could argue that even someone who has earned a one way ticket to Abbadon doesn’t deserve to be hunted for sport until their soul can be devoured (or they get in on the act and start eating other souls, becoming a daemon themselves). Pharasma actually has given special dispensation for recruitment desks from hell and the abyss to let abbadon-bound souls opt into a different arguably-better afterlife.

2024-01-15 18:32:16 +0000 UTCI'd say don't limit yourself with only one choice and rather take advantage of the current situations you're in. Probably do the Ritual each and every day (if you've got leftover Spell-Slots before they "Reset" and are otherwise wasted) for 'Long Term Contracts' with ideally "Good People in Shitty Situations", but if that's not really possible than summon the more stupid and/or easy Minions for cheap, temporary labor... or the truly evil shits as a source of Guilt-Free EXP.
