hey Zack, was wondering what some good foot drills are bc I don't even move my feet at the moment in the clean and snatch and when I try to it feels really off. more specifically at the part where you extend with your toes.

Hey Zack, I'm a climber, so a few general questions: I find that my weighted pull-up lags behind my deadlift in total weight, any thoughts? And more pertinent, and I plan on reviewing your program as well, but if you wanted to increase strength in a very specific thing (eg: finger strength via weighted hangs), what kind of set/rep range do you think is best for that, or similarly if someone just wanted to increase deadlift and nothing else. Weird questions I know, anyways, love the content, keep it up.
