cheers man, had a nail through my foot to start the year off, recovered and got abit of training in, numbers were going great through first part of lockdown then I got the virus then pneumonia so needs me some of this lovely GPP once I'm healthy. glad the podcasts are back too!

Just completed this block today. I had a quite low level of fitness, so the first week was felt crushing, but the 2nd week was way easier and I could increase the weights a lot. I'll be doing your 4 week accumulation block starting next week, slightly modified though, because I can only train 5 days / week. Thanks Zack!
