Hypertrophy and Classics (Intermediate + advanced)

This program is for muscle growth NOT FOR GAINS IN STRENGTH OR GAINS IN THE LIFTS. This program requires you to have a base level of efficiency and experience in the lifts. Ideally you would have 3 or 4 long strength and technique cycles finished as well as accurate maxes before trying it.

I just finished this meso and it proved to be very productive so thanks Zack. I felt like I had trouble predicting how much weight/reps to add on the movements that had an eccentric in wk1 and a non-eccentric in wk3.. so I’m going to try 1 meso with just eccentrics and then 1 meso without eccentrics. The strongman and Crossfit style work was a great addition and I looked forward to it every Saturday. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this program. Thanks Again!

What does it mean when exercises are listed like A1 and A2? Are they a super set?
