Here is a program that I have used with good success for my masters lifters. You can use the second block as a peaking phase and the first one as an accumulation phase.

Hi, what weight would you recommend with D1 and D2 on day 1? Or is it empty bar?

Why is this considered a ”masters program”? I am doing it as a (beginner-intermediate) 24 yo and it feels great, but should I change it up?
