Peaking Phase (Possible Weeks 6,7,8 of A&M Weightlifting)

Yes! Thank you, sir. I have hit some PRs on this program, so I'm looking to keep it up. Also the Training Make Podcast kept me company while I went on a road trip to get my USAW L1.
