Weeks 1-3 of the 8 week A&M Weightlifting team program. PR ATTEMPTS ON WEEK 3

IMPORTANT NOTE: Many of my lifters hit PRs after their working sets of singles on WEEK 3 DAYS 3 & 5. I allowed them to go up in weight ONLY if they didn’t miss a single rep in those sessions. If they missed a “bonus” rep, they had to move on. I will post the rest of the cycle in a few weeks. Let me know if you hit any PRs! Best, ZT
