Technique and Capacity II

This block consists of a lot of volume, complexes, and positional work. It's main focus is to build fluency in the positions and gain end range strength and work capacity. It is an excellent program for beginners.

Stupid question, but what's sn weight?

Zack, I am about to finish up an 8 week "General Cycle" by Catalyst Athletics & am now looking for a program to do through The CrossFit Open (I am a CrossFitter -- I oly lift 5 days a week & condition 4 days a week). Do you think it would be a good idea to do your "Technique & Capacity" program and hold off on the work capacity circuits since I am already doing my own GPP. Thoughts?
