Hi Zack Would you please explain the muscle snatch in start position-lift? How it's done and which specific qualities it enhances. If anyone else knows the answer feel free to comment.

I am 12 weeks before my competition and i hope i will hit new PRs. At this moment my lifts are 120/140 kg. Thank you for great content :)
