Hi Zack, finishing the program, better results and technique. 195cm/81kg - Snatch 65/C&J - 75 (feel like there's more in the tank). During week 10 pulverized my pubic bone, so cannot snatch for a week now and no max outs on week 12... Which program would you suggest to do next?

If you have done week 11 and the competition is the week after on the saturday, what should you do?

Hey! So week 12 is just a max in all lifts. Because you come off a taper you can try to hit them all in the same day!
