For the general rep scheme on most lifts in this program are they to be done continuously? For instance Day 5 of week one is 3 reps of Snatch @ 75% for 3 sets. Is this 3 reps without letting go of the bar? Or is it 3 reps where you drop the bar each time and reset but do it quickly. The reason I ask is because he mentions in day 4 that the set is to be done continuously and I have been doing each set continuously for each lift. To me this is really only pertinent on the clean and snatch, everything else makes sense.

OR am I hitting my max for as many reps as possible?

Long shot here but for wk 4 day 5 are you attempting to hit a one rep max for those lifts? Or are you hitting each lift at 80% and going for as many reps without missing?
