I remember I was revising some paintings I was working in at the time, trying to get some highlights and textures right, when I started painting this Horse Tier commission. Highlights can describe shape, but they can also destroy it when you're not patient enough (it's tempting to add them right away!). When it comes to huge, heavy shapes, like this giantess' boobs or cock, being extra careful and extra patient is the way to go. Leaving the highlights to the very end can be difficult, but it pays off.
My exchange with sovietspyder during this commission was all about bringing to life this concept of a giantess Epona in a futanari strip club. She has a massive cock aimed at the stripper, and an adequate tool to release an obscene amount of thick jizz. Aww, thank you so much, James! =^____^= Painting giantesses is a huge challenge, because of the lights (it gets trickier as the giantess gets bigger), like you said, but also because conveying a proper sense of weight isn't always a trivial task.
