A Long February Cassettone Update!
Added 2025-02-13 17:08:05 +0000 UTCHi! Come join me on this epic adventure as I continue chipping away at the circuitry of the Cassettone.
Because the length of this update is quite long, let me spoil the end.
I fail.
I fail over and over until I throw in the towel and decide to hire outside electronic engineer help.
But for the sake of keeping a log of the development process, I present here the brainstorming, circuit diagramming, and breadboarding steps that ultimately keep shorting out. I'm sure those of you who are DIY-minded will enjoy seeing the process unfold.
While I am definitely feeling frustrated at the lack of solutions for what I thought were very simple features, I have hope in that by hiring outside consultants, things will move quicker.
Thank you again for following along on this process. There will absolutely be a fun instrument at the end of the road.
