I mentioned this in the previous video, but no, the blondie is not wearing another suit under the one provided to all of them. I'm pretty sure you can't wear multiple suits to increase power, or else a lot more people would be doing it, and the captains would be looking like they're wearing fat suits from the number of super suits they're wearing. My theory is that Kaiju aren't really compatible with each other, and since the suits are made with Kaiju parts, multiple suits would definitely not work out. It would also explain why our dude Kafka has such a record-breakingly low aptitude with his suit. I feel like his suit is completely rejecting him as another Kaiju.
