I say yes, definitely do it. The channels I follow relatively closely (other than yours, of course) run at similar times and draw very well. I'm in the Middle East so a noon PT premiere is 10pm my time (11pm Nov-Mar), so I may not make it, but for most of your target audience that time slot is probably best.
