Hayasaka was testing Miyuki's character when she told him the room was sound proof and that he would be able to do whatever he wants without anyone knowing. As we see later when Kaguya is exposing her vulnerabilities to him, Hayasaka is stood outside the door listening in, proving that she lied about the room being sound proof which means if Miyuki had forced himself on Kaguya or took advantage of her in this situation Hayasaka would've intervened.
