Its hard work being self employed and also running a couple of channels on youtube, but I manage. I felt really tired some days where I had to take some time for myself and relax.BUT, I would really like to make a patreon only video to thank all of you and give something in return other than my youtube videos. 2016-11-02 21:33:24 +0000 UTCI like all your videos, so I will probably like whatever you make. I agree with the suggestion above about the deep breathing trigger, that one works for me. I also like hand motions and tapping/scratching.
