Triggers I Can do for ASMR
Added 2024-03-08 02:43:35 +0000 UTCHere’s a list of the Triggers I can do for ASMR or have done in the past and the tools I have.
- Tapping (Leather, Plastic, Metal, Glass, Wood, Book)
- Scratches (Leather, Metal, Fabric)
- Heartbeats
- Soft Breathing
- Whispers (Spelling, Speaking)
- Pop Rocks
- Water Globes (Bubble Sounds)
- Mouth Pops
- Keyboard Typing
- Book Reading (Page Turning, Scratching, Tapping)
- Writing
- Microphone Rubbing (Fabric Sound like getting Pet or Hugged)
- Ear Cups
- Playing with Pencils (Tapping, Scratching, Rolling them together)
- Tuning Fork
- Singing Bowl (I’m a bit new to this object so I’m still learning how to use it properly)
- Rocks (Crystal stones I roll around in my hands that create a really nice sound similar to clicking)
- Brush the Microphone (Using a makeup brush against the microphone makes a soft sound)
- Soft Blowing into the Microphone
These are the triggers I’m mostly familiar with and that I have done before. Hopefully I haven't forgotten any =p If you have suggestions for others I can do or are curious about if I can do a specific Trigger don’t hesitate to ask. I’m still a bit new to Trigger ASMR so I’ve gotten comfortable with the ones I’ve done but I know there must be tons of others I haven’t tried yet. :3

I will always and forever vote scratchies 😤 but the mic sounds are good too. Maybe one day you can do an assortment of all of them, like 1 or 2 minutes a trigger. I don't mind whatever is chosen 😁
