Dear Craftworldians,
Today, I want to share something fun! As part of the recent voting for the next tutorial, I created a few digital sketches of Dwomo skin tones to explore different directions for the painting process.

The winner of the poll is Pastel Blue! That tutorial is yet to come, so stay tuned! While you're waiting for the next lesson in this series, I decided to share a video featuring the digital process of painting red skin. If I were painting this on a miniature, the steps would be the same - just more natural, slow, and organic. But this was fun as well!
Our Private Coaching students know how many miniatures I have digitally painted over the years to sketch progress, test ideas, and demonstrate lessons - so they can apply them to their minis. And it has always been successful and resourceful.
We both hope this tutorial helps you with your next red skin painting project. If it does, donβt forget to share it with us - we are always thrilled to see what you create! π¨
As I mentioned in the video, enjoy any form of art that brings you joy. Observe, enjoy the process, and try to replicate it on your minis - or even in digital painting, on canvas, or paper. Some of you have told us that you've used our miniature lessons for digital and traditional paintings, so why not do the reverse?
Marko and I hope you have a wonderful week! We are both still recovering, but Iβm finally feeling better. It was fun for me to film a new video, and I canβt wait to continue painting the Pastel Blue Dwomo soon!
Stay tuned for more in this series, and cheers from Marko MiladinoviΔ and me, Aleksandra Cvetanovski!
