Painting Axe - Contrast, Color Use, Brustroke Use : Practice & Tutorial Lesson

Dear Craftworldians,

Today, we would like to bring something different to you, and that is this new painting lesson, featured on this awesome Undead Knight Axe.

Why different!? Well, with this lesson I would like to invite you all back to practice, to explore.

There is no such thing as - only one way. Only one recipe. Right and wrong approach. There is an idea, exploration and interpretation.

This tutorial is exactly that. Do I paint like this everyday!? No. But, is it a fun experience that expand understanding of fundamentals, color and brushstroke use and different painting possibilities!? Most definitely.

With this introduction, I will say nothing more. But, I would love to hear your thoughts after watching this video? And to seeing your results after trying these techniques.

Will you try the same painting scheme, or something different? What is the ideas behind your painting interpretations? Let us know.

I feel like a caveman discovering fire. I'm watching this be created infront of me but it is still incredible and incomprehensible

Hi, as soon as I saw the video I had to try it. It's not perfect but a good try. Maybe I chose too small an axe. the axe head is 1.3 cm. But i enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for every tutorial
