Patreon billing update

I have changed my subscription billing so it doesn't matter when do you pledge to my Patreon. It's like a normal monthly subscription, where you are charged the same date as you pledged instead of 1st of every month. This is beneficial for both me and you. If you are commissioning me, I don't need to worry about double charges in case of end of month commission cases, or new patrons signing up.
NOTE: Existing patrons who wants to benefit from this change need to unpledge and wait till it's over, and then repledge. If you don't do this, you are continued to be charged on 1st of every month (if you don't mind it ofcourse).
TLDR: new normal monthly billing, no more double charges, good for commissioning purpose. current patrons, please unpledge and wait until pledge over, and then repledge.
