Stability update (Exoplanet Journey)

Updated QV-pens to improve stability. The pens now also have to be activated by the instance owner. Once the pens are turned on, they can't be turned off again. This was done to achieve more performance and stability for bigger events.
Early access scene: Metallic Core
The metallic core scene is now early access for patrons. The completed premium scene will be released during december.
