*ENGLISH VERSION*
in this episode: it's been some crazy bad-luck couple of weeks, so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to share with you all the moments I thought there was no way out and I was never going to make it to the other side. Alternative tittle to this episode: thank you to everybody who fired me before.
These are the good things:
β’ Kelly Stamps youtube channel, her dry humor is all I needed
β’ Sgar Blu's sketchbook tour
β’ Yoshitaka Amano, his universe on paper
β’ tattoo show
β’ Quarantine comic by danielle
β’ look at these ladies
β’ breakup texts at your friend's house
β’ phoebe wahl's paintings
β’ who are you, by emily wang
β’ to the young fire that BURNS, by abelle
Places I've been invited:
β’ The AOI uploaded the spotlight session I was part of! We talked about the pandemic and how to survive financially as a freelancer.
β’ Andy invited me to his podcast Creative Pep Talk and this was the episode!
500 Albums challenge: This week was an AMAZING music week. I discovered Pretenders (can't believe I lived without them), it's tricky to find their music online, but there are a few songs on youtube. Also The B-52's, now I think I know Lorelai Gilmore better! Last, but not least, Arcade Fire's Funeral is a beautiful album. I've listened to Arcade Fire but never a whole album, beginning-to-end in one sitting. So nice!
