I guess Jaune must be stuck in a permanent "must help" mindset here...makes sense after years of "saving" the paper pleasers. Also that bit about Blake and Sun is interesting, since it's from Blake's end only. Makes me wonder if she still feels something towards him.

I can easily picture it in my mind playing out much like a proper fight scene in a RWBY episode, though small corrections, the color of Weiss's Aura is Light Blue, not white, and the Grimms blood is black that would have evaporated into smoke shortly afterwards, not red like everyone else's. Other than those nitpicks, this was a good chapter to end on before the break, I'm looking forward to what happens next, especially since Weiss and Ruby will need to address Jaune's behaviour in acting before thinking. He needs to learn that he's no longer in the Ever After alone, though how long it will take to hammer that point home I'm unsure of, but let's hope it's not too long or takes something drastic to happen for Jaune to fully clock in.
