The fact that This is the closes Tien's gotten to wearing a Turtle Hermit gi, it's definitely on the more underrated side. It comes from this clip where the Z Fighters preparing for the Saiyans (hey Cell Saga Krillin's there lol) Enjoy this recolor compatible mod as well!
