W.I.P. Nemix's Turles over Goku Black (Commisson)

This mod is originally made by Nemix94 over Bardock, I only made the scouter better, gave him an outline and Colors01 and 02. So all Credit basically goes to him, not me. But enjoy another W.I.P. that I'll be done with next month (I will release it free then as well). Remember to show love to Nemix94, if it wasn't for their awesome modding skills there wouldn't be a Goku black mod for the One Year Anniversary. Enjoy this W.I.P, which is also already Recolor Compatible!!
