!!! STEAM USERS - THERE IS A PROBLEM !!!
Two problems, actually.
#1. The DLC content isn't downloading. You can activate the key and the DLC appears on the store page, but the file content is not downloading currently.
I've investigated on my end and I think this is a steam issue because the DLC isn't officially released. The process works without issue on my dev account, but I've tried a friend's account and it just doesn't download the file.
I can't find any reason this is happening on the DLC's configuration side.
I've contacted Steam support to see if there's a way to fix this. I will keep you updated when I hear back from them.
#2. Currently, if you try to play a previous Patreon build of the Alexander route on v1.1.0 build you will get a crash. The latest update is looking for new content that doesn't exist in the older versions of the patch.
You will see a key error similar to this.
Since the official DLC version is not available yet, I've made the previous build 1.0.0.12 available on a beta branch on Steam until we get this problem resolved.
Once you switch to this, you can play the previous Alexander builds.
Right click on the game name > Properties > Beta category. If you don't see this, completely exit out of the Steam application and restart it.
When you select the last_build branch, it will download the previous version and you can play Alexander's last Patreon build.
I'm very sorry for all this trouble! I hope to get it resolved ASAP.
